Присутствовали: Ленин, Каменев, Крестинский, Радек, Мицкевич.
Слушали:
4. Телеграмму т. Элиавы по поводу постановлений крайконференции.
5. Предложение Наркоминдела отозвать из Туркестана Бройдо.
Постановили:
4. Предложить т. Элиавы как в области партийных, так и в области государственных взаимоотношений с Туркестаном утвердить, в частности – коммунистическую партию и автономную республику именовать туркестанских, а не тюркских народов; в последней части решение считать предварительн[ой]. Крайкому сообщить без указаний на его предварительный характер.
5. Сообщить Турккомиссии, что ЦК предлагает немедленно отстранить Бройдо от всякой работы, связанной с К[омиссариа]том иностранных дел и внешними сношениями; запросить от Турккомиссии немедленного заключения возможно ли оставление Бройдо в Туркестане на другой работе, или это вызывает трения; сообщить, что ЦК сомневается в целесообразности его оставления и потому полагал бы отозвать.

In attendance: Lenin, Kamenev, Krestinsky, Radek, Mitskevich.
Heard:
4. Telegram from Cde. Eliava concerning resolutions of the krai conference.
5. Proposal by the Foreign Affairs commissariat to recall Broido from Turkestan.
Resolved:
4. To propose to Cde. Eliava, in the area of both party relations and government relations with Turkestan, to assert in particular that the communist party and autonomous republic should be referred to as being of Turkestan peoples, and not Turkic peoples; for the latter part, the decision is considered provisional. The Krai Committee should be told this without reference to its provisional nature.
5. To tell the Turkestan Commission that the CC proposes immediately removing Broido from all work associated with the C[ommissariat] of Foreign Affairs and foreign relations; to solicit from the Turkestan Commission an immediate opinion on whether Broido can be left in Turkestan for another job, or if that would cause friction; to report that the CC is doubtful of the advisability of letting him stay there and would therefore deem that he should be recalled.
