13. Принять следующие предложения тов. Зеленского:
1. Проект национального территориального деления Средне-Азиатских республик утвердить.
2. Согласиться с предложением ЦК Хорезмской Компартии и Сред. Аз. Бюро о национальном размежевании Хорезмской республики.
3. Признать необходимым образование Кара-Калпакской автономной области в составе Кир. Сов. республики. д. 28
4. Утвердить предложение комиссии по национальному территориальному размежеванию о территориях и границах Кара-Калпакской автономной области Ходжем и Кунградский районы Хорезмской республики и Чимбайский уезд Аму-Дарьинской области.
5. Остающиеся за выделением кара-калпаков районы с узбекским населением Хорезма и Шураханский уезд Аму-Дарьинской области отнести в состав Узбекской республики.
6. Предложить Сред. Аз. Бюро создать комиссию для окончательного утверждения границ 3-х волостей Ташкентского уезда (Булатовского, Ниазбекского и Зенжатинского) подлежащих размежеванию по национальному признаку.
7. Признать необходимым создание организационной комиссии по созыву съездов национальных компартий и областных конференций и создание ревкомов по советской линии. Состав организационных комиссий и ревкомов предоставить Оргпраспреду на утверждение Оргбюро, с последующим утверждением Политбюро. д. 2
8. Созвать парт. и советские съезды национальных республик и областей не позднее половины ноября.
9. Поставить на Сессии ВЦИК доклад о национальном размежевании Туркреспублики и Сессии ЦИК СССР доклады о размежевании Туркреспублики, Бухары и Хорезма, об образовании национальных республик и о вхождении в СССР новых республик. Поручить комиссии, назначенной ПБ 25.IX (пр. №25 п. 24) совместно с туркменскими товарищами наметить докладчиков из числа националов.

10. Вопрос о формах экономического объединения республик Средней Азии поставить по приезде туркестанских товарищей.

1. a) Assign the Secretariat to change the makeup of the Repertoire Committee to include a senior Agitprop official.
b) Adopt the commission's proposal concerning Cde. Lunacharsky's play, "The Bear's Wedding." t. 37

13. Adopt the following proposals by Cde. Zelensky:
1. Approve the plan for the national territorial division of the Central Asian republics.
2. Agree to the proposal by the Khorezm Comunist Party CC and the Central Asia Bureau concerning the drawing of national borders for the Khorezm Republic.
3. Recognize the necessity of forming a Kara-Kalpak autonomous oblast within the Kirgiz Soviet Republic. d. 28
4. Approve the proposal by the commission on national territorial border drawing concerning the territories and borders of the Kara-Kalpak autonomous oblast Khodzhem <<?>> and the Khorezm Republic 's Kungrad District and Amu-Darya Oblast's Chimbai Uezd.
5. Incorporate into the Uzbek Republic the districts with Uzbek populations in Khorezm and Amu-Darya Oblast's Shurakhan District that are left over after Karal-Kaplak districts are taken out.
6. Ask the Central Asia Bureau to create a commission to finalize the borders of Tashkent Uezd's three volosts (Bulatovskaia, Niiazbekskaia, and Zenzhatinskaia [Zangiatinskaia?]) that are to be divided along ethnic lines.
7. Recognize the necessity of creating an organizational commission to convene congresses of national communist parties and oblast conferences and to create revolutionary committees along the Soviet line. The makeup of the organizational commission and revolutionary committees should be placed in the hands of the Orgraspred for approval by the Orgburo, with subsequent Politburo approval. d. 2
8. Convene party and soviet congresses of the national republics and oblasts no later than the first half of November.
9. Include in the All-Russia CEC session a report about the drawing of the Turkestan Republic's national borders and in the USSR CEC Session reports about the drawing of borders for the Turkestan Republic, Bukhara, and Khorezm and of the formation of national republics and the entry of new republics into the USSR. Assign the commission established by the Politburo on 25 September (pr. No. 25 Item 24) to select, in cooperation with Turkmen comrades, a national to deliver these reports.

10. Take up the question of what form the economic integration of the Central Asian republics will take after the arrival of Turkestan comrades.
