2. I pledge to the toiling masses of Bukhara, the downtrodden of West and East, North and South, to bear this title with honor and to conscientiously study military science, reading, and writing, and protect with my life the property of the people and military from ruin and theft.

3. I pledge to strictly and relentlessly maintain revolutionary discipline and unquestioningly carry out all orders of the commanders appointed by the authority of the Government of Dehkan Workers.

4. I pledge to refrain from and prevent my comrades from doing anything to tarnish and demean the dignity of a citizen of a Soviet Republic and a soldier of the Red Army and to direct all my actions and thoughts toward the great goal of liberating workers of the world.

5. I pledge to always remember that tens and hundreds of millions of my brothers still languish under the heavy yoke of capital.

6. I pledge that, at the Government of Dehkan Workers' first call, I will come to the defense of the Soviet Republic against dangers and encroachments by all its enemies and that I will not spare my strength or my very life in the struggle for the Bukhara Soviet Republic and in the cause of liberating the downtrodden peoples of the East and the brotherhood of workers of the world.

7. If, out of malice, I betray my solemn oath, may universal disdain be my lot, may I be cursed by my brothers in labor, the downtrodden peoples of the East, the workers of the West, and may the stern hand of revolutionary law punish me.
