Слушали: О преследовании туркмен, совершивших политические преступления во время Асхабадской белогвардейщины.
Постановили: Прекратить всякие преследования туркмен, принимавших активное участие в Асхабадской белогвардейщине за исключением главарей. Все подобные дела, имеющиеся в карательных органах в пределах Туркменской Области следствием прекратить. Означенное постановление просить ЦК КПТ санкционировать.

Present: Sidorov; Sahat Muradov; Kizen; Gladkov; Chary Perliev; Chernov of the oblast labor union council; oblast food commissar Puchkov; head of the Tsonkh industrial bureau, Melkov; of the oblast union; Trikoz; Oblast Land Department Vazhnenko and Ataniiazov; and Head of the Special Department Lensky; and Executive Secretary Lukianov.

Heard: Concerning the hunt for Turkmens who committed political crimes during the Ashgabat White Guard uprising.
Resolved: To cease hunting down Turkmens who took an active part in the Ashgabat White Guard uprising except for the ringleaders. To terminate all similar cases being pursued by punitive bodies within Turkmen Oblast. Request that the aforesaid resolution be sanctioned by the KPT CC.
