Группа партработников, попавшая в Туркестан случайно, по временной командировке и втянутая в активную работу /преимущественно закордонного типа/ имеет возможность близко ознакомиться с Туркестанской действительностью как в советских, так и антисоветских кругах.
Имея определенное мнение о положении Края, группа, препровождая при сем доклад, доводит до сведения, что фактические документы по затронутым вопросам можно получить из дел Комиссии по делам Туркестана, Особого Отдела Туркфронта и соответствующих Наркоматов.

A group of party workers, that accidently entered Turkestan during a brief official excursion while engaging in active work (primarily of an intelligence gathering nature), has the possibility to closely familiarize itself with Turkestan reality in both Soviet and anti-Soviet circles.
Having a certain opinion of the situation of the Krai, which is included in the present report, the group notes that the actual documents touching on these questions may be gotten from the files of the Commission for Turkestan Affairs of the Special Department of the Turkfront [Turkestan Front] and the corresponding People’s Commissariats.
