1. Признать политической ошибкой ЦК КП(б) Узбекистана издание и распространение политписьма от 27 февраля 1937 года (за подписью секретаря ЦК КП (б) Узбекистана т. Цехер), в котором подробно и с сомнительным усердием излагается программа и методы борьбы контрреволюционных националистических организаций, что означает на деле рекламирование программы и тактики врагов сов. власти.
2. Обязать ЦК КП(б) Узбекистана исправить эту ошибку и политписьмо в кратчайший срок изъять.

32.—On the political letter from the CC of the CP(B) of Uzbekistan dated 27 Feb. 1937
1. To deem as a political error by the CC of the CP(B) of Uzbekistan the publication and dissemination of the political letter dated 27 Feb. 1937 (signed by Cde. Tsekhet, secretary of the CC of the CP(B) of Uzbekistan, which sets forth in detail and with dubious zeal the program and methods of struggle of the counterrevolutionary nationalist organizations, which is tantamount in practice to advertising the program and tactics of the enemies of Soviet rule.
2. To order the CC of the CP(B) of Uzbekistan to correct this error and remove the political letter as soon as possible.
