Тов. Сталин,
Вопрос о центре Киргизии отпал почти окончательно. Разногласие в Москве превратилось в безгласие в Оренбурге.
Необходимо внушить сверху в более определенных выражениях необходимость создания Киргизского центр. города.
Киробком выбрал Наркомом Просвещения Киргизии т. Тюрякулова.
Прошу распорядиться срочно откомандировать его в распоряжение Киробкома для работ.
Думаю, что тов. Тюрякулов, сидя в Москве с 1922 года – 3 года – выучился чему нужно. Не может быть, чтобы он был нужен в Москве. Москва ему была нужна. Но трех лет достаточно наверно.
[В] Кирнампросе пустое место.
А.Т. Тюрякулов самый просвещенный и компетентный из всех Кирработников по вопросам просвещения.
Надеюсь, не оставите без внимания.
С 5 ноября по 5-е января я в отпуску.

Тов. Антипов! Тюрякулов – левый! Давать его отсюда – можно (в смысле замены) – он председатель Центроиздата, но поскольку Тюрякулов быв. секрет. ЦК КПТ, его надо вводить и в состав Киробкома. Будет это усилением группы Ходжанова. Нужно ли это? Богомолов

The question of the center of Kirgizia has faded away almost completely. The disagreement in Moscow has turned into silence in Orenburg.
It is essential to convey from the top, in more specific terms, the necessity of creating a Kirgiz central city.
The Kirgiz Oblast Committee has elected Cde. Tiuriakulov as People's Commissar of Education of Kirgizia.
I ask that you issue a directive to urgently send him to work for the Kirgiz Oblast Committee.
I think that Cde. Tiuriakulov, sitting in Moscow since 1922 -- 3 years -- has learned what needed to learn. He cannot be needed in Moscow. He needed Moscow. But three years is probably enough.
There is a vacancy in the Kirgiz PC of Education.
A. T. Tiuriakulov is the most enlightened and competent of all the Kirgiz functionaries on matters of education.
I hope you will attend to this.
From 5 November through 5 January I will be on vacation.
