Протокол №4 Общего собрания женщин-мусульманок 5-го апреля 1920 года, состоявшееся в здании училища «Фридуни».
Слушали:
1) О бесплатном совершении акта бракосочетания при партии «Адалет»
2) Об уплотнении квартир мусульман и реквизиции имущества в связи с пояснением т. Левиной о том, что квартиры мусульман не подлежат уплотнению.
3) Доклад т. Левиной об охране материнства и младенчества.
Постановили:
1) Среди женщин мусульманок проник слух о том, что при случаях бракосочетания они должны являться в помещение «Адалет». Слух этот проверенный и оправданный, исходивший от партии «Адалет», внес среди женщин сильное волнение и возмущение, а также создал различного рода кривотолки, в смысле провокации относительно нарушения бытовой жизни мусульманок. Во имя устранения всякой провокации, нарушения принципов Шариата, просим Комитет Партии установить прежний порядок совершения бракосочетания мусульман на дому, а не при партии «Адалет»
2)Принять к сведению.

3) Принять к сведению и руководству и приветствовать Советскую Власть за ее стремление поставить женщину как мать в нормальные условия.

Minutes No. 4 of the General Meeting of Muslim Women on 5 April 1920, which was held in the Friduni school building
The following presentations were heard:
1) On getting married free of charge under the auspices of the Adalet party
2) On packing more tenants into Muslims’ apartments and requisitioning property as a result of Cde. Levina’s clarification that Muslims’ apartments are not subject to the packing of additional tenants into them.
3) Report by Cde. Levina on protecting mothers and infants.
Resolved:
1) A rumor cropped up among Muslim women that for purposes of getting married they must come to the Adalet building. This verified and justified rumor, which originated with the Adalet party, caused a great deal of dismay and outrage among women and created various idle talk, in the form of a provocation that disrupted the everyday life of Muslim women. In order to eliminate any provocation and any violation of Sharia principles, we ask the Party Committee to establish the previous procedure for performing a Muslim marriage at home, rather than under the auspices of the Adalet party
2) Take into consideration.

3) Take into consideration and as guidance and welcome Soviet Rule for its intention to place women as mothers in normal conditions.
