Общего собрания женщин-мусульманок, состоявшееся 19 апреля1920 года.
Председательствует т. Везирова при Секретаре т. Левиной.
Слушали:
1) Оглашение телеграммы из Центра о Краевом Съезде работниц и выборе на Съезде делегатки.
2) Доклад т. Везировой о необходимости принятия мер к пресечению случаев совершения браков девицами ранее достижения указанного Шариатом возраста. Равным образом необходимо оградить их здоровье от переходных заразных болезней от мужей.
Постановили:
1) Приветствовать 1-ый Краевой Съезд работниц Туркестана. Избранной оказалась единогласно т. Везирова.
2) Просить Обревком вменить в обязанность духовным лицам, чтобы последние при совершении браков девицами, неуклонно потребовать предъявления ими актов медицинского освидетельствования вступающих в брак, указывающие достижение возраста невесты и что жених не подвержен венерическим болезням.

of the General Meeting of Muslim Women held on 19 April 1920.
Cde. Vezirova presiding with the Secretary Cde. Levina.
The following presentations were heard:
1) Reading of telegram from the Center on the Krai Congress of Women Workers and the election of a female delegate at the Congress.
2) Report by Cde. Vezirova on the necessity of taking measures to stop cases in which marriages performed involve girls before they reach the age specified by Sharia. It is equally necessary to protect their health against transmitted infectious diseases from husbands.
Resolved:
1) To welcome the First Krai Congress of Women Workers of Turkestan. Cde. Vezirova was elected unanimously.
2) To ask the Oblast Reviolutionary Committee to make it incumbent upon clergy, when performing marriages involving girls, to categorically demand that they be shown medical certificates proving that those entering into matrimony have reached a bride’s age and that the groom is not prone to venereal disease.
