Выписка из протокола заседания Политбюро ЦКРКП от 8/УII-22г. №17.
Слушали: О главарях басмачей, взятых в плен на туркестанском фронте.
Постановили: Обязать Средне-Азиатское Бюро ЦК ни в коем случае не выпускать из рук главарей басмачей и немедля предать их суду Ревтрибунала, имея в виду применение высшей меры наказания. Постановление провести в жизнь, если не будет возражений со стороны члена ЦК РКП в Ташкенте тов. Рудзутака, которого обязать незамедлительно сообщить свое заключение в ЦК РКП.

По сообщению из Ташкента в связи с нашими военными успехами сдались нам в плен наиболее отъявленные главари басмачей. Предлагается обязать Средне-Азиатское бюро Цека ни в коем случае не выпускать из рук этих главарей и немедля предать их суду ревтрибунала, имея в виду применение высшей наказания. Постановление провести в жизнь, если не будет возражений со стороны члена Цека РКП в Ташкенте тов. Рудзутака, которого обязать незамедлительно сообщить свое заключение в ЦК РКП.

Extract from minutes of the meeting of the Politburo of the RCP(b) CC of 7/8/22, No. 17.
Report heard: On the ringleaders of the basmachi [Central Asian anti-Soviet rebels] who were taken prisoner on the Turkestan front.
Resolved: To order the Central Asian Bureau of the CC not to release the ringleaders of the basmachi under any circumstances and to immediately turn them over for trial to the Revolutionary Tribunal, with a view to imposing the supreme penalty. To carry out the resiolution if there are no objections from Cde. Rudzutak, member of the RCP CC in Tashkent, who is ordered to report his finding immediately to the RCP CC.

Extract from poll of members of the P.B. by telephone
According to a report from Tashkent as a result of our military successes the most hard-core ringleaders of the basmachi have turned themselves in to us as prisoners. The Central Asian Bureau of the CC is ordered not to release the ringleaders of the basmachi under any circumstances and to immediately turn them over for trial to the revolutionary tribunal, with a view to imposing the supreme penalty. The resolution is to be carried out if there are no objections from Cde. Rudzutak, member of the RCP CC in Tashkent, who is ordered to report his finding immediately to the RCP CC.
