Слышал я, что одно часть работников ("левые") затевает новую … по парт. и сов. линии, думает соверш. дез…рировать т. т. Хид. – Ал. и Рахимбаева и вообще навести "револ." политику. Верно ли все это? Если верно, то предпримите меры к тому, чтобы все эти и подобные им кадры "левых" были предупреждены. Я думаю, что ЦК не дает "левым" "ликвидировать" Хид. – Ал., Рахимб. и т. п. товарищей, не дает, потому, что нет для этого никаких оснований. Теперь люди, так

нужны в Турне, а местных людей так мало, что было бы преступно пренебрегать такими работ-ками, как Хид. – Ал. "Левые" этого не понимают, т. к. они не хотят понять, что задача состоит не только в руководстве парт-органа … (для чего необходимы наиболее стойкие коммунисты), но и в управлении страной (для чего должны быть использованы и не … стойкие и даже … не стойкие коммунисты). Чего стоит турпост. кр-ция, если она не сумеет использовать таких людей, к к Хид – Ал.?

Еще раз прошу принять меры предупреждения и заявить "левым", что при всех своих симпатиях к тов. Ишан-Ходжаеву и его близким друзьям, ЦК вынужден будет вмешаться, если не будет положен конец нескончаемой борьбе групп и группочек.

I have heard that one section of workers (“leftists”) is launching a new … along a party and Soviet line, is thinking of compl[etely] [disavowing?] Comrades Khid. - Al. and Rakhimbaev and in general of applying “revol[utionary]” policy. Is all this true? If it is true, then take measures so that all these and “leftist” cadres similar to them are warned. I do not think the CC will allow the “leftists” to “eliminate” Khid. - Al., Rakhimb. and similar comrades, because there are no grounds whatsoever for this. Right now people, so

needed in Tur[kesta]n, and local people are so few, that it would be criminal to reject such workers as Khid. -- Al. The “leftists” don’t understand this, since they don’t want to understand that the objective is not only to supervise the party organ … (for which the staunchest communists are essential), but also to administer the country (for which we must use as well those who are not … staunch and even … not staunch communists). What is the Turk[estani] org[anization]worth if it can’t make use of people like Khid – Al.?

Once again I ask you to take measures to warn and tell the “leftists” that despite all our sympathies for Cde. Ishan-Khodzhaev and his close friends, the CC will be compelled to intervene if an end is not put to the endless fighting among groups and groupings.
