Поставленные Вами вопросы о положении в руководстве ЦК Туркмении, ЦК ВКП(б) своевременно рассмотрит.

In connection with your telegram and the resolution of the CC Turkmenia bureau, the CC VKP(b) orders you and all members of the bureau’s CC to eliminate questions of personal relationships and lack of teamwork and concentrate on supervision of the spring planting and on carrying out the decisions of the CC VKP(b) plenum.
The questions you raise about status in the leadership of the CC Turkmenia will be taken up by the CC VKP(b) in a timely fashion.
