Секретно Ташкент 9/Мая 1922г. Доношу копи воззвания (листовки) бывшего Военназирата Бухреспублики Арифова найденное 5/5 Гузаре у 91, этапа: «Красноармеец Русской Оккупационной армии Бухаре. Я давно знал что басмачи это восставшие против коммунистической вакханалии и большевистского деспотизма в Туркестане, Киргизии, Хиве и Бухаре. Но перейдя на их сторону я убедился что эта армия не является ни столько крестьянской армией, но она имеет в себе много культурно организационных сил что именно ей надлежит восстановить Туркестан и Бухару. Если бы между Вами и басмаческой армией не стояли коммунисты, ей принадлежит убедились бы что басмачи Вам не враги и присоединились бы к нам, но коммунисты, чтобы спасти свою шкуру, используют Вас, действуя на чувства русского национализма и православия. Коммунисты говорят Вам, что басмачи хотят вырезать всех русских. Коммунисты устраивают всякие провокации, чтобы ввести вас в заблуждение. Кто зверски убил двух красноармейцев у ворот Каршинской крепости (?) – убили коммунисты, убили для того чтобы вызвать вас чувство мести против басмачей. Того Вы не знаете, что все это делает басмачей Вашими врагами и вы не сдаетесь в плен, не переходите на нашу сторону. Басмаческая армия подчиняется Центральному Комитету Средне-Азиатских организаций. Лозунг демократическая б, и Хивы, сотрудничество нации в Туркестане на началах продовольствия – все это является лозунгом большинства красной армии, но комиссародержавие и коммунисты от вас скрывают. Не бойтесь, сдавайтесь нам в плен, организуйте свои русские басмаческие отряды. Свергнем общими силами бич Туркестана Бухары коммунистов. Secret Tashkent 9 May 1922. I am passing on a copy of an appeal (leaflet) from the former Bukhara Republic Military Nazirat [Commissariat] Arifov found 5/5 in Guzar by 91, of the stage: "Red Army Soldier of the Occupying Russian Army in Bukhara. I have long known that basmachi are rebels against the communist bacchanalia and Bolshevik despotism in Turkestan, Kirgizia, Khiva, and Bukhara. But since I have gone over to their side I have realized that this army is not really a peasant army, but it has many cultural organizational forces and that it is specifically the army that must restore Turkestan and Bukhara. If the communists were not standing between you and the basmachi army, you would realize that the basmachi are not your enemies and you would join us, but the communists, to save their skin, are using you, using your feelings of Russian nationalism and Orthodox Christianity. The communists are telling you that the basmachi want to massacre all Russians. The communists organize all sorts of provocations to deceive you. Who savagely killed two Red Army soldiers by the Karshi Fortress gates (?)--the communists killed them to provoke in you a desire for revenge against the basmachi. What you don't know turns the basmachi into your enemies, and you refuse to be taken prisoner and you don't come over to our side. The basmachi army is under the command of the Central Committee of Central Asian Organizations. The slogan democratic b, and of Khiva, the cooperation among nations in Turkestan on the principles of food--all this is the slogan of most of the Red Army, but the commissar-cracy and the communists hide it from you. Don't be afraid, allow yourselves to be captured by us, organize your own Russian basmachi detachments. We'll overthrow the communist lash of Turkestan and Bukhara, with our joined forces.
