В Туркомиссию.
Желая видеть мирную и трудовую жизнь всех Народов, мы революционеры /Ислама/, как борцы за правду и справедливость и защитников Советской Власти, для блага народа. Предлагаем свои услуги без кровопролития стать орудием по разыгрывающейся в настоящий момент новой арены боя и что не вернуть снова в море бедствие трудового народа.
Так как мы хотим со своими сотрудниками словами разъяснить туземному народу, что-то ожидающему в смысле положения момента пользу Советской власти идущей навстречу народу так как вся буржуазия и Духовенство из монархистов вроде Беков и Генералов и разные авантюристы выходцы момента являются врагами народа. А народ не поймет кто им друг и враг. Мы еще в прошлом году подавали об этом заявление делали доклад Турккомиссии, но некоторые там не согласились со мною, в результате через год борьба с басмачеством продолжается и мирный народ несет все тяготы этой гражданской войны. Прошу настоящее заявление рассмотреть, как предложение искреннего революционера /Ислама/ желающего мирной и трудовой жизни близкого нам всех

Коли разрешение этого почему-либо не могут произойти в Туркреспублике, то прошу передать на разрешение в Центр или командировать меня туда.

To the Turkestan Commission.
Wishing to see all Peoples living in peace and labor, we revolutionaries (of Islam), as fighters for truth and justice and defenders of the Soviet Government, for the people's welfare, offer our services to, without bloodshed, become a weapon in the currently unfolding new battle arena and to prevent a return to the sea of trouble for the toiling people.
Since our personnel and we want to use words to explain to the native people, who are expecting some benefit, in the sense of the current situation, from a Soviet government that meets the people halfway, since the entire bourgeoisie and clergy of monarchists such as Beks and Generals and various recently emerged adventurists are enemies of the people. And the people will not understand who is their friend and who is their enemy. Back last year we submitted a petition about that and made a report to the Turkestan Commission, but some there did not agree with me, and as a result a year later the fight with the basmachi still continues and the peaceful people are enduring the hardships of this civil war. I request that this request be viewed as a proposal by a sincere revolutionary (of Islam) who desires a life of peace and labor for all

The Wäisevite group has already once revealed itself to be counterrevolutionary during the rebellion of Czecho-Slovaks (Zabulachnaia Republic outside Kazan). All the evidence suggests that these people absolutely do not merit the Soviets' trust.
