Во имя Бога всемилосердного, всемилостивого.
Дорогие братья!
Мы, жители земного шара, без различия вероисповедания и национальности, являемся братьями и родственниками по крови. Поэтому долг наш жить на основе взаимопомощи и мирного урегулирования споров, как нам указывает всевышний Аллах в Аяте:
Конечно, ни один мусульманин, идущий по пути истины, не сочтет правильным причинение зла другому; он будет презирать это и будет далек от зла.
Мы ведь люди, мы - цари земного шара. Поэтому нет сомнения в том, что признается звериным хищничеством угнетение, причинение зла всякими путями другим людям и национальностям и людям другого вероисповедания в корыстных целях.
Уничтожение своих братьев, подготовка к уничтожению их, изготовление разных атомных и водородных бомб, составление планов уничтожения и гибели ни в чем неповинных людей, используя свое богатство и силу, пользуясь богатствами природы - не свойственны разумных людям.
Если бы эти капиталисты желали пользы для людей, они работали бы над тем, чтобы использовать атомную энергию не для уничтожения людей, а для создания людям хорошей жизни.
Использование ими атомной энергии только для уничтожения своих родственников-людей - непростительное преступление. Кто ответит за причинение гибели десяткам тысяч наших невинных японских родственников в городах

Хиросима и Нагасаки от атомных бомб в прошлой мировой войне? Там ведь были совершенно невинные. За что невинные дети, старики, старушки погибли? Это преступление один раз было совершено. Кто, какой дикарь еще раз повторит подобное преступление и кто готовится повторить?
Аллах создал землю, создал людей из этой земли для того, чтобы они пользовались силами и богатствами природы. А раз так - все люди должны пользоваться богатствами своих земель и жить в мире и дружбе со всеми другими людьми, проживающими на других землях.
Какое имеет право такая сильная Англия, не довольствуясь собственными землями, нападать на Аман, грабить, убивать, хозяйничать на чужой территории?
Если бы пришли на землю самой Англии и тоже стали бы грабить, убивать, понравилось бы это англичанам?
Нельзя понять такое поведение со стороны тех, которые считают себя высоко-цивилизованным народом.
Мы, мусульмане, проживающие в Советском Союзе и в Москве, против уничтожения людей атомным оружием, против создания атомного оружия.
Мы также осуждаем англичан, нападающих на Аман и грабящих его богатства.
Руки прочь от наших братьев-мусульман. Пусть они живут на своих землях мирной, суверенной хорошей жизнью.

Согласно указания Аллаха в 113м аяте суратю худ мы призываем наших братьев мусульман проживающих на всем Земном шаре не переходить на сторону тиранов, угнетателей и не оказать им помощь

In the name of the all merciful, all forgiving Allah.
Dear brothers!
We, the inhabitants of the globe, without discrimination on the basis of religion and national belonging, are brothers and relatives by blood. Because of this, it is our duty to live on the basis of helping each other and peacefully resolving disputes, like Allah states in the Ayat:
Of course, not a single Muslim walking on the path of faith will find it right to incur evil unto another; he will despise it and be far from evil.
After all people are the kings of the globe. Because of this, there is no doubt that admits animal predatism to be oppression, the infliction of evil on other people and nationalities and people of a different faith in any way to meet selfish interests.
The annihilation of our brothers, their preparation for their own annihilation, the preparation of different atomic and hydrogenous bombs, the creation of annihilation plans and deaths of completely innocent people, using their own riches as strength, using the riches of nature- are not proper to sensible people.
If the capitalists wanted profit for the people, they would work on using atomic energy not for the sake of human annihilation, but for building better lives for people.
Their use of atomic energy only to annihilate their own people is an unforgiveable crime. Who will be responsible for the infliction of death upon tens of thousands of our innocent Japanese relatives in cities

Hiroshima and Nagasaki from bombs of the previous World War? Indeed there were completely innocent people there. For what reason did innocent children, elderly men and women die? This crime has once been committed. Who, what kind of wild man will once again repeat this crime and who is getting ready to repeat it?
Allah created the land, he created people from this land in order for them to use the strengths and riches of nature. And since this is the case- all people must use the riches of their lands and live in the world and maintain friendships with all of the other people, who live on different lands.
What right does such a strong England, unhappy with its own lands, have to invade Oman, steal, kill, take control over a foreign territory?
If the people of Oman had come to the lands of England itself and also started to steal, to kill, would the English people like this?
It is impossible to understand this behavior from the perspective of those who consider themselves highly civilized people.
We, Muslims living in the Soviet Union and in Moscow are against the annihilation of people using atomic weapons, we are against the creation of atomic weapons.
We also condemn the English people, who attacked Oman and stole its riches.
Get your hands away from our Muslim brothers. Let them live on their lands and maintain peaceful, sovereign, good lives.
